Customer Service was above and beyond. I didn’t realize there was more than one children’s hospital in Dallas. I sent them to the wrong one! They delivered it to the correct hospital within an hour of realizing my mistake and then texted me when they made the delivery. Outstanding service, even though it was totally my fault. The arrangement was beautiful and perfect too.
